Since 1996, Italian restaurant Albergo Bamboo has been located in Sengokuhara, Hakone which is richly endowed with beautiful nature and also known as one of the best view spot of Mount Fuji.

Pursuing uncompromising beauty, 　all the architectural materials of this house were imported from Italy. The house is definitely a worth seeing, besides chef Shigeki Suzuki creates seasonal picturesque dishes featuring local fresh and precious ingredients.
